Site identity
Balkan Lotto is an independent frontend for the Megapot on-chain protocol. The interface is multilingual, integrates a multi-level referral mechanism, applies jurisdiction-aware access controls, and offers direct user support. The brand is independently maintained; it is not an official Megapot Inc product, but uses the protocol's public infrastructure and license. The site is currently maintained independently, with no separate commercial entity behind the brand. For any question (legal, technical or business) contact us through the /contact page. We respond within 24h on business days.
Protocol operator and license
The commercial operator of the Megapot protocol is Megapot Inc, registered in Belize with a contact address in San Francisco, USA. Megapot holds an internet gaming license issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority (Comoros). You can verify license validity live at: https://verification.anjouangamingboard.org/validate?domain=megapot.io
Geographic restrictions
We block site access for all jurisdictions listed as Prohibited Countries in the current Megapot Terms of Service. This list currently comprises: Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Canada, China (Mainland), Comoros, Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela. The list mirrors the upstream Megapot protocol policy and may be updated to reflect changes to that policy. The current authoritative list is available at docs.megapot.io/terms-of-service. For all other countries, gambling regulation varies by jurisdiction and is subject to the user's national law. It is solely the user's responsibility to verify the legality of participation before purchasing a ticket. Users whose local law prohibits participation must not purchase tickets, even if technically able to do so.
Smart contracts (verified, public)
All contracts are deployed on Base (chain ID 8453) and verified on BaseScan.
KYC and AML
Megapot conducts KYC when lifetime deposits reach $10,000, or upon any withdrawal request. Transactions of $3,000 or more are flagged for review. Monitoring via TRM Labs or equivalent third party. High-risk country blocking and adverse media checks. Full KYC document: https://docs.megapot.io/appendix/kyc-policy
Concerns or issues?
Disputes about the smart contract, payouts or gaming license go directly to Megapot support (support@megapot.io). Issues with our site, translation or content: reach out via /contact. We respond within 24h on business days.
