By using balkanlotto.com you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What Balkan Lotto is
Balkan Lotto is an independent frontend for the Megapot on-chain lottery protocol on Base. The interface is multilingual, includes a referral mechanism, applies jurisdiction-aware access controls, and offers user support. We are NOT the lottery operator. The smart contract runs autonomously; funds, drawings and payouts flow directly through the contract without our intermediation.
2. Age and responsibility
Play is restricted to persons 18 years or older. If you promote your referral code or link, you also commit to not marketing to anyone under 18. Play responsibly: never wager more than you can afford to lose. Gambling can be harmful. If you feel out of control, stop and seek help.
3. Prohibited countries
Site access is blocked for users in all jurisdictions listed in the Megapot Terms of Service as Prohibited Countries: Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Canada, China (Mainland), Comoros, Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela. This list may expand to mirror any changes to the Megapot Terms of Service. Attempts to bypass via VPN violate our terms and potentially local law.
4. No outcome guarantee
Lottery is a game of chance. We do NOT guarantee that you will win any amount. All odds, payouts and premium distributions are defined by the smart contract; we cannot alter those numbers.
5. This is not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Your winnings (if any) may be subject to local taxation. That is your responsibility.
6. Referral program
Commissions are paid exclusively on REAL ticket purchases and REAL prize wins by referred players. There is no sign-up bonus, no bonus for merely inviting. Self-referral attempts across multiple wallets are detected and ignored. Commissions flow through the smart contract; we do not hold your funds.
7. Wallet security
You are responsible for the security of your crypto wallet, private keys and seed phrases. We do not store them and cannot recover them. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot help you recover it.
8. Technical errors and emergency mode
The Megapot protocol has an 'emergency mode' for exceptional situations (e.g. discovered vulnerability, oracle failure). In such cases, payouts may be temporarily paused or modified per the contract's rules. We monitor docs.megapot.io for announcements and pass on material incidents.
9. Disputes and jurisdiction
Disputes relating to the Megapot protocol (payouts, drawings, smart-contract) are governed by Megapot Inc terms, see megapot.io/terms. Disputes relating to our site (UI, translation, content) are first addressed in good faith through the /contact page; if informal resolution fails, the laws and arbitration mechanisms applicable to the user under local consumer law will apply.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. The last updated date is above. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
